CGSC STUDENT MOVE-OUT INSPECTIONS

Thank you for submitting your Notice of Intent to Vacate. As part of your move-out process, Frontier Heritage Communities conducts both pre move-out inspections and final move-out inspections to help ensure a smooth transition.

1. Schedule Your Move-Out Inspection

Schedule your move-out inspection on your final day of occupancy. At this time, your home must be fully vacated and all keys turned in.

Important: If you need to reschedule your move-out inspection, you must contact our office directly. **Do not submit another Notice to Vacate (NTV) or Move-Out request to make changes. Duplicate submissions will not be honored.**

2. Pre Move-Out Inspections (By Village Schedule)

Pre move-out inspections for CGSC students will be conducted by village on scheduled dates. During this inspection, our team will walk through your home and provide guidance on any items that may result in charges at move-out.

Please refer to your village schedule below and ensure your home is accessible at the scheduled time.
