2.) Explore Student Villages & Floor Plans
CGSC students may be assigned to select villages based on availability, bedroom eligibility, and housing priority. Review village information and floor plans below to determine your preferences when completing your application.

3.) Apply for Housing
To be placed on the housing waitlist for CGSC Class 2026–2027, students must submit a completed housing application to with official PCS orders. Applications are reviewed and prioritized according to established housing criteria and availability. Please email your application to fhcstudent@tmo.com.

Preparing to Leave

If you are preparing to PCS or graduate from CGSOC, please complete the electronic form below to begin your move-out process.

The form allows you to:
- Submit your required Notice to Vacate
- Select and schedule your final move-out inspection

Move-Out Day Requirements
Prior to your scheduled FINAL move-out inspection:
1. The home must be fully vacated.
2. All personal belongings and trash must be removed.
3. Keys must be ready to turn in at the time of inspection.
