Move-Out Inspection Scheduling

Thank you for submitting your Notice of Intent to Vacate. Please schedule both your pre move-out inspection and your final move-out inspection below. Both appointments are required to complete your move-out process.

1. Move-Out Pre-Inspection (14–30 Days Before Move-Out) Your pre move-out inspection should be scheduled 14–30 days prior to your move-out date. Please use the scheduler below.

During this inspection, our team will walk through your home and review its condition with you. This allows us to identify potential charges and give you the opportunity to address items before your final inspection.

Important: If you need to reschedule your move-out inspection, you must contact our office directly. **Do not submit another Notice to Vacate (NTV) or Move-Out request to make changes. Duplicate submissions will not be honored.**

2. Move-Out Inspection (Final Day of Occupancy)

Your move-out inspection must be scheduled for the day of your move-out.

At the time of inspection:

The home must be completely empty
All personal belongings must be removed
Keys must be fully turned in

This inspection determines the final condition of the home and any applicable charges.
